3d printed Water Pump Tensioning Tool (Jay’s H-Shack exclusive part)
Many said that it could probably NOT be done. Well, a partner and I took on the challenge. These have been tested to 40 foot pounds (spec is 15 foot pounds). We approached this undertaking knowing that the torque rating needed to be twice or more than spec.
We opted for a 3/8 drive insert instead of a six sided bolt head… It all came down to strength/rigidity.
